Job Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
- Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month
- Process all paperwork in accordance with dealership policies and state regulations.
- Perform test drives with all prospects.
- Utilize our processes, software, and follow-up systems to maximize success and encourage repeat and referral business in alignment with customer satisfaction.
- Attend product and sales training courses.
- Keep up-to-date on products and services.
- Know, understand, and adhere to the federal, state and local laws that govern retail auto sales.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery before customer arrival.
- Attend regular sales meetings.
- Conduct business in an ethical and professional matter
Qualifications and Licenses:
- A valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable).
- Maintain a clean, acceptable, safe driving record.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a drug screen, a background check and a Motor Vehicle Report.
- Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job you will be frequently required to sit, stand, and walk, both indoors and outdoors. Use hands to type, write, finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. You must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
